Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy:
We stand behind our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly provide a store credit or refund on unworn items within 10 days of the ship date. Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging with Veroma tags intact and accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip. Please email us at sales@inthingscorp.com to initiate the return process. Customized orders are non-refundable.
Custom-Made Items:
Custom-made and personalized pieces, including monograms and nameplates, are handmade to order and cannot be returned.
Damaged Items Policy:
If an item is damaged, you must send a picture of the damaged item within 5 days of receiving to sales@inthingscorp.com. Once the item is received by our sales team, you will receive an email with return instructions.
Refund Policy:
You will receive an email notification from Veroma when we receive and process your return. Please allow up to 20 days for your return to be processed.
Exchanges:
At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item.
Price Adjustments:
Price adjustments can be made within 10 days for store credit.
Final Sales:
All sales from third party websites, redeemed coupons, and items marked as Sale are final. Final Sale items cannot be returned for exchange, or store credit.

Veroma reserves the right to change privacy policy at any time without notice.
